I think they’ve been beneficial, just need to take them for longer. The fact that they have fewer ingredients made me buy them, and all the good reviews after researching them. I would say they could shrink the size to make them easier to swallow.

I bought this product for my daughter as a present as her hair is falling out in clumps and after taking it a couple of months it seems to be working for her which she is pleased abought .

I have taken Glowwa for over a year now. I’m 58 and have always had thin hair. The receding space sides of my hair meant I would literally have to place strands carefully and spray with hairspray before Glowwa. Trying hard to cover the gaps. But now they have grown in a lot thicker and I don’t even think about it when I’m styling my hair. My hair is thicker and also my nails are stronger too and I don’t want to go back to that. I feel good and it’s taken away a problem I hated. I think it’s worth the hype and genuinely works. As long as I can afford it I’ll be taking them. You have to be patient as it takes a few months to notice. But it’s been a real boost for me and I would say try them. Be patient and consistent and you’ll notice a real improvement.

The only thing I have ever tried that has stopped my hair falling out. I literally do not lose one hair when washing.
However if you stop taking it you will start losing your hair after about two weeks. I have spent fortunes over the years. Nothing has worked like this

Arrived safely but too early to comment on results.

I heard from my hairdresser that he had a client using these and that I should try them out. While I did notice a decrease in hair loss, I also noticed my nails growing back much stronger and also my period cramps have almost completely disappeared. My pms is a lot better so I assume these have been doing wonders for my hormone balancing. I've been taking these for just under a year now. Highly, highly recommend.

Ive been using Glowwa meno to reduce hair damage from the menopause. Im on month 3 and my shedding has basically halted in the third month and ive noticed some fine whispy hairs starting to grow at the top. I will be buying again.

At first I was very happy to see my baldy patch covered in short curly hair but as it grew longer the curls have straightend and You can't even see my scalp.i have just finished my first bottle.
