My hair was falling out in clumps due to the mounjaro diet. I heard about these and thought I’d try them. At 6weeks after starting them my hair stopped falling out and at 2 months I’m just starting to get a few new hairs coming through. I couldn’t be happier. 100% recommend!

So this is the kind of process that takes time. I know I’m not going to see crazy results in just the first 3 months. That being said I do feel like I’m starting to see growth in the areas that were thinning. And my hair does seem to be looking better all around. I’m looking forward to seeing how the next 3 months go.

I have been taking Glowwa coffee creamer and meno support for a few months and iv noticed a considerable difference in the thickness of me hair.
