Just finished my second month on Glowwa Meno and I can't report any significant changes that I can attribute directly to the product. Post menopausal, my hair has lost 25% density and is completely lifeless and dull. My hair has grown approx 2cm since starting to take Glowwa however as hair grows on average approx 1cm per month that would happen regardless. I'm hoping to be able to report thicker, stronger hair after my third month...hopefully? Still shedding unfortunately. My sleep did seem to improve a little to begin with but hasn't been consistent.

Amazing results

I have been struggling with hair loss during perimenopause.
