I have been taking these capsules for just over 3 months now.. I am a 57 year old lady that was finding that my hair was just really suffering possibly from the menopause and years of an under active thyroid both from which I take medication for. My hair has always been fine but I ve managed it well through my life and it’s always looked as good as it possibly could I suppose. In the later months of last year it was terribly weak, fragile and looked just awful. A few times I did feel like they weren t going to work but I kept taking them everyday and persevered…they have worked a miracle for me .. thanks so much Glowa… just wondering if I need to continue taking Glowa everyday and permenantly ? And If so would one capsule a day surfice? 😄

My aunt is a hairdresser and I was recommended glowwa from her. I used it for about a month and I started to notice a new patch of baby hair on the top of my head. My hair did grow longer. I bought these after being stuck in a tape- in hair extension rut for 2 years. I finally decided to bite the bullet and remove them and when doing so my hair was noticeably a lot thinner that pre extensions.
