I had a lot of hair breakage due to severe stress also my hair was very dry . I have been taking glowwa meno for 6 months every day consistently. My hair is in much better condition. I've gradually cut my hair to the shortest breakage point. My hair was bra length it is now shoulder length and it looks much healthier. I sm desperate for it to grow again. I have noticed a lot more baby hairs around my hair line I have also started taking pumpkin seed oil for 2 months to try to thicken each hair because of dht caused by the menopause. I also have used purology shampoo and conditioner which is the best shampoo i have ever used. So all in all my hair improvements could be a combination of everything I have started doing. My hair dresser recommended glowwa . I will definitely keep going with it. The only downside is the cost but my hair is more important so it's worth spending
