You need to have patience, nothing works over night. I have seen less hair fall. Perimenopause is a complicated process! But this has definitely helped me.

I’ve always been sceptical using products , but with anything, for it to actually work, you MUST take these daily and give it TIME to then see RESULTS. I’ve been using Glowwa since March and I can see the new hair coming through. My hairdresser was super impressed and pleased to see healthy growth coming through. They are sticking up slightly on the scalp area as bay hairs do - but overtime they will grow out with the rest of my hair. I’m just over the moon as previously I was suffering from seeing areas of baldness on my scalp. The first picture is from 14/03/25 and the most recent is today 19/10/25 - 7 months of using Glowwa. You can even see the baby hairs!
So please - ignore the poor reviews stating ‘no sign of hair growth after one month of use’ - no product in the world works that fast. So be patient and it truly pays off :)

i have naturally fine hair but have noticed thinning over the last year or more due to menopause. I have been taking collagen supplements since january but after switching to Glowwa -2 months ago- recommended by my hairdresser - I can see new hair around my temples. Still lookig for the best shampoo and conditioner but will be re-ordering my next 3 month supply of Glowwa soon.

Really works. Not sure sure how but it does! Used it before then stopped. Hair started thinning again so went back on it!

Good results

Tried this after getting no results with another hair supplement and with the normal glowwa (3mths). My alopecia spot started sprouting hair after 3wks use along with new hair all over. My very weak nails are a lot stronger and I’m managing to keep them for longer even having to file down every week or so. I have been taking now for 5mths and don’t intend to give this up anytime soon

Been consistently taking the hair food capsules for 5 weeks and for the first time in 10 years I've not had a huge handful of hair after washing it. It's still early days on the hair food meno supplements, but I have less hair fall, and my hair feels in much better condition, so will definitely continue.

I never leave reviews but I am so impressed with glowwa I just had to! My hair never seemed to grow but since using these I’ve noticed such a difference even my hair dresser couldn’t believe it and has started recommending to clients☺️
