I have been using this product for 3 months. There has been a noticeable difference in strength and condition. My hair is still fine and thin but this definitely helps.There is no miracle cure but having tried lots of other products this is the best on the market. My nails are amazing too.

I have been using this product for at least 18 months and have not seen any improvement. I really wanted it to work so that is why I persevered for so long and because I was buying in multiples.
Iv been on these now for around 3 months and the difference in my hair is unbelievable, I’m a hairdresser myself so gave always taken something because of what I put my hair through.
