I have been taking these Glowwa tablets for nearly 60 days after despairing at my excessive hair loss. I think it is easy to just say it's only hair but I realised after losing so much, in quite a short space of time, how my self esteem and confidence was falling away as my hair did. My hair is still coming out excessively but I do think that I have some regrowth at the front where the loss is more noticeable and am very much hoping this will continue. I really liked how Glowwa send out an email after a month explaining how quickly, or slowly it may work, do not expect a quick fix but I appreciated their honesty. My hair was quite long so sadly it will be a really long time, years even, which is hard to think of and hard to write, even if the hair loss stops soon, that I will be anywhere near close to having the same head of hair I did last year. I am hopeful hence my 4 stars but am really hopeful I will carry on and come back to give a 5 star review later on. They are not cheap, I waited so long hoping something would magically happen and probably should have started sooner. Fingers crossed this carries on as I hope it is.

My hair has been growing back and is thick. My nails are growing long and strong, I’m going to keep taking it, I’m pleased I found it.

I’ve been taking Glowwa meno for almost 5 months now and I really do feel it’s made a difference to my very fine, thinning hair. The shiny points on my scalp are much less noticeable and my hair quality has improved greatly. Peri menopause seemed to have struck my hair with not just extra thinning but with an immense amount of frizz and it’s now softer, smoother and shinier now, without the lack of volume that would normally go alongside that texture. It feels/looks thicker and stronger. All in all I’m really pleased with the results so far, they’re not immense but they’re a huge difference to me and my hair confidence. I’m really grateful to my hairdresser for recommending it and I’ll keep taking it. Sadly it can’t do anything for the grey though!!

I noticed a difference in my hair within weeks. It’s thicker-there feels like there is more hair when I put it into a ponytail- and sheds far less as there’s less on my brush and in the shower. I know have several inches of new growth coming through, which isn’t a great look atm but is definitely new and additional hair as my roots are also much denser. Will definitely continue to use and definitely do recommend to others.

Ordered 3 months, took consistently every day. No change to my hair. Disappointed.
