I am on to my second pack of Glowwa meno. I’m still not sure if my hair has benefited at all. Still very dry and flyaway. I might give it a little longer

I was getting clumps of hair coming out when I washed it. After 1 week there was a noticeable difference, it’s genuinely amazing. Doesn’t smell as some have said but it’s so expensive I’m not sure I can use long term which is a shame.

I've been menopausal for 30 odd years and for the last 6 years of that, the shedding was alarming.m (I've always had a thick head of hair).
