I have been taking Glowwa coffee creamer and meno support for a few months and iv noticed a considerable difference in the thickness of me hair.

I can only say my hair feels better but have been abroad for 2 months so have only taken 1 a day. I will reorder & see how 2 a day does .

I’ve been taking Glowwa Meno for about four or five months and I have recently started to see a difference in my hair. I’m 62, and my hair had been getting thinner and thinner for years, but it now seems to be shedding less and there are signs of re growth. I don’t want to speak too soon and jinx it, but I am feeling more positive about my hair than I have for ages. I’ve also been using a natural, nourishing shampoo and conditioner made from Cornish seaweed, so I’m having a two-pronged attack!
Since using Glowwa Meno, my nails have become stronger and (even if I say so myself) my skin is looking great! Other people have commented that my skin is looking good, so I shall keep taking Glowwa Meno and watch this space!

You need to have patience, nothing works over night. I have seen less hair fall. Perimenopause is a complicated process! But this has definitely helped me.
