Think it's working!
Have been taking for 3 months and I think it is slowly starting to work - it does indicate 3 to 6 months. Have noticed shedding not as much as it was - I am not gathering a small 'mouse' of hair in the shower each time now, more like a bee size now! Will stick at it - am also taking Biotin, Collagen and Iron so that could be helping too, but I will keep at it as I used to have really thick wavy hair...I want it back so will keep going. x
